Make reservations no later than December 1, 2018 or preferably sooner to receive the promotional rate. There is the possibility that the Hotel may sell out of rooms prior to December 1, 2018. Reservations for this group are to be made by using the Reservation link, or calling 1-800-228-9290 and referencing the group name (Thompson/Van Horn). The reservations should be booked no later than December 1, 2018. The $25.00 Resort fee will be discounted to $10.00 per day prior to all of the attendees arrival. Reservations need to be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged 1 night room and tax.
