Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Kristen Everley and Bryan Goldman
Greenville is a beautiful city with lots to enjoy. Be sure to walk Main Street in downtown Greenville and explore the boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and Falls Park on Reedy River with a few unique stops listed below. The food in Greenville is fantastic from burgers and shakes at Grille Marks, to tapas, to French cuisine. Explore and enjoy!

Coffee Underground

1 East Coffee Street, Greenville, SC 29601

A unique underground coffee shop known for pop-up improv. Coffee and frozen drinks, plus snacks and treats.

Liberty Bridge

206 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

If you walk downtown Greenville, do NOT miss this suspension bridge. The view is beautiful over the river, and it is great for photo ops on and off the bridge.

Falls Park on the Reedy

601 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

Swamp Rabbit trail

103 McDaniel Avenue, Greenville, SC 29601

This is a trail that covers a large area of Greenville all the way to Traveler's Rest (walk it or rent bikes!)

Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery

205 Cedar Lane Road, Greenville, SC 29611

Co-op grocery and a cute venue for coffee, not directly in downtown. Bryan and I stop here for a treat before biking the trail to Travelers Rest (not a far drive from Greenville, where there are taco bars, ice cream cafes, and delicious breakfast crepes)

Paris Mountain State Park

2401 State Park Road, Greenville, SC 29609

If you need a little more nature. There is a short but lovely walk around the lake here and it is an easy drive from downtown.

Greenville Zoo

150 Cleveland Park Drive, Greenville, SC 29601

The zoo is small and cute. Littles will enjoy it but there is a park with playground just below the zoo that is also great.

Trappe Door

23 West Washington Street, Greenville, SC 29601

Bryan and I enjoy the Trappe door for some Belgian fare but mostly it has a great cellar environment and good drink choices.

M.Judson Booksellers

130 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

Great bookstore with coffee/wine options inside. They do special events such as blind date with a book or book pairings. Authors are often at these events. Bryan and I have done two book/wine pairings here and always enjoy it. Check the events for the days you are in town.

Hampton Station

1320 Hampton Avenue Extension, Greenville, SC 29601

This is between Main Street and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Soooo many great things to say about this location. Open grassy spaces for kids, good brewery, axe throwing, White Duck Tacos, a meadery, and Keipi a delicious Georgian (the country, not state) restaurant. Great for kids and adults alike!
