Do we need a reservation?

Answer

NO, because the wedding is on a Friday no reservation is needed. HOWEVER, if you plan to enjoy the park the weekend after the wedding please make reservations on the Yosemite website or arrive before 5am on those weekend days.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st to give us plenty of time to coordinate with the charcuterie company!

What is the plan for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 4pm (but arrive early) in the chapel followed by photos on the chapel grounds. Guests/the couple will walk or drive to the picnic location where charcuterie boxes will be served on picnic blankets.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Please park in the parking lot directly outside the chapel, we recommend carpooling if possible. Remember this is a one way road so drive slow as not to miss the parking lot!

Are drinks allowed in the national park?

Answer

Alcohol is allowed in the park-the couple will be providing wine and champagne along with non-alcoholic beverages. However, park rangers highly discourage any disruptive behavior. No other substances are allowed as this is Federal land.

Do you have wedding colors?

Answer

yes!- Although you do not have to follow the color scheme our limited decorations include the colors lavender, charcoal gray, chocolate brown, clementine orange, chartreuse green, and coral.
