Can I bring a date?
Answer
If there is no plus one previously discussed we would appreciate if you kept it to just whose on your envelope containing your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we are trying to keep it on the smaller side.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! Both sides have many children and the day wouldn’t feel complete without the littles! And Katelynn is an elementary school teacher and any day without kids seems weird to her. 😂

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The weather in Upstate New York is always unpredictable. Generally, this time in November is between 50° - 59°. Some years have had snow at this time, and others have been dry. So a jacket, umbrella, shovel, parka, snow pants …. Just be prepared like a Boy Scout. 😅 The ceremony and reception will be in a heated space.

Which airport is closest?
Answer
If you are flying in from out of state the closest airport would be in Syracuse. It would be about a 40 minute drive to the hotel from there. 1000 Col Eileen Collins Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13212

Where can I stay?

We have set up a block of rooms at The Burrstone Inn in New Hartford. When you call to reserve your room it will be under the Boone-Miller Wedding. 1777 Burrstone Rd, New Hartford, NY 13413

Where can I park at the venue?
Answer
There is a parking lot directly next to the venue for everyone to park, without having a long walk.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 4:00 pm so we ask that you arrive by 3:30 pm. This will allow enough time for everyone to get a seat and be comfortable before the night begins!

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be unplugged (no cell phones/personal cameras). We have chosen a wonderful photographer and would like for her to be the only one taking pictures of our ceremony. We will have a time for the guests to take their own photos but please not during the ceremony.

How can I let you know about my dietary requirements?

The best way to get a hold of either of us with questions/concerns (whether dietary or not) is through Facebook messenger.
