So while I was pulling into Stamford Station on the train, I was swiping on bumble and matched with a beautiful Doctor. She immediately messaged me and her response was you’re not real you must be a bot lol my response was I promise you I’m real do you want to meet for drinks and see if there’s a connection, so she makes me FaceTime her to show her that I’m a real person and we agree to meet for drinks.It’s the middle of Covid and I took my day off to meet her at a small bar for margaritas and tacos we had great conversation and the vibes were good and the bartender walks over to us and says we’re going to be closing soon ! And in a last-minute effort to keep this going because I didn’t want the night to end I show her a picture of my dog and I ask her would you like to come over and hang out and watch a movie and the rest is history and I haven’t been able to get rid of her since.

Well, where do I begin so I am about to turn 40 and I book a private villa in Turks and Caicos and I tell her that we’re going to go on vacation for my 40th birthday and I’m going to get her a clear KAYAK photo shoot and a birthday photo shoot for us to get dressed up so we could have pictures of the memories Anybody that knows me knows this is not out of the ordinary. She’s not thinking anything suspicious. We get to the airport and I have a diamond engagement ring hanging from my chain. I get to Turks and Caicos and I climb up the vanity in the bathroom and I hide it on top of it now I have to pretend for two days that I’m not getting engaged soon so we go meet with the photographer we do the photo shoot for the clear kayak. She’s hesitant at first, but she has a good time. She’s shy and doesn’t wanna take pictures. I slipped this man some money when she’s not looking and I tell him tonight‘s the big night and we come up with a plan. We go back to our villa we get ready for dinner and now we’re going to meet him for this so-called 40th birthday photo shoot. I decided that it’s a good idea to get a full silk outfit. It was a terrible idea. it’s 90° out 90% humidity so now she has heels on we’re walking through cobblestone. She’s like a babyDeer, we meet the photographer and walk down the stairs and I tell him I want to shoot it through the fire now mind you I am in silk it’s 90° and we’re gonna mix in fire so she’s in her pose he tells her take two steps forward and tells me to take two steps back. I am soaked like I jumped in the pool. In my brain I think I’m just gonna speak from the heart and what comes out congratulations you did it and she looks at me and says what did you just say and I double down and said congratulations you did it and put the ring on her finger . Ladies and gentlemen, the average man might say will you marry me and something romantic but not me I decided to go with congratulations you did it 🤣
