We're Getting Married!

We met our junior year of high school in a class we had together. We had to work on a class project together and instantly clicked as friends. We went the whole year having small conversations during our class period together and ignoring our obvious connection. The beginning of the next school year came and after not speaking to or seeing each other the whole summer, we finally see each other for the first time again in the hall. He instantly stopped me while I was walking with my best friend at the time to our first period class and said he wanted to talk to me after our next class. At the time, our best friends coincidentally had just started dating each other and after witnessing our interaction my best friend looked at me and said you guys would be cute together and before we walked away from each other, in response, I laughingly said no we are just friends. We soon seen each other again and exchanged numbers. Our connection from our Junior year only continued to blossom into something more beautiful than expected and we instantly knew we had something special. In the very beginning of our friendship we both would laugh at those times he would say you don't know it yet but you're going to eventually be mine and next thing you know two people who grew into adulthood together are getting married.
