To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is December 20, 2025. We don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'not attending'. We need to provide the venue with the total guest count in a timely manner so we hope you understand.
The hotel is about a 45 minute drive west from Kahului Airport (OGG).
