When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! But we know life gets in the way, so please let us know by August 15th.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Semi-Formal Ladies: this means you're off the hook for a ball gown; tea-length, knee-length, midi dress or jumpsuits recommended. *PLEASE ALSO NOTE* You will be walking on mulched paths & grassy areas. Save your stilettoes - go for the block heel, wedge or dressy sandal. Gents: You know the deal. Suit & tie or slacks & dress shirt recommended. Also no need to dust off those stilettoes ;)

Can we bring our kid(s)?

We want you to let your hair down with us so we've chosen for our wedding day to be an adults-only occasion. Only our immediate nieces and nephews will be in attendance.

We hope that everyone will join us at Callicoon Hills! However, if you choose otherwise, there are some wonderful AirBnB options nearby!

Is there an option for early check in?

The hotel will try its best to accommodate you as you arrive, however this is not guaranteed. To be safe, the hotel offers an early check in add-on for $75.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you're staying with us at Callicoon Hills, you're in luck! No transportation is needed! Golf carts will be available for those needing an extra hand getting to & from the ceremony and reception sites.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes & yes! Parking is available beside the barn where ceremony & reception will be held.

If you're staying at the hotel, we recommend sooner rather than later. Please email us prior to booking so we can guide you along!

There is not. Some might think - are you serious??? WE ARE. Check out the "Things To Do" tab and you will be pleasantly surprised :)

What about COVID?

Answer

If you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you consider others health and safety, and make sure to get a COVID test a maximum of 72 hours prior to event. Please bring your most stylish mask and have it with you at all times. *This section will continue to be updated according to the CDC guidelines*

Are dogs allowed?

Of course! It wouldn't be a PAWty without them ;) For a small one time fee of $60, your pup can come along! *Please consult with us prior since only certain buildings will be allowed to have pets"

Is there food and beverages on site?

Answer

Yes! A brand new restaurant and coffee shop will be on site. The coffee shop will be open from 7am - 5pm, and will provide cold sandwiches, salads, and snacks. The Restaurant will be open at 5pm for Dinner.
