Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! If you are not staying at the hotel or using provided shuttle service, you may park at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive between 4 pm and 4:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm sharp, please arrive on time so that you are seated prior to ceremony start time. A golf cart may be used to transport guests from parking lot to the ceremony site if needed.

When will Family portraits take place?

Answer

If you are immediate family, or a member of the Matrogran, Szyjko, Smith, Phillips, or Denner family, please remain at the ceremony site for pictures. As photos are taken you may exit to enjoy cocktail hour.

Do I need my ID?

Answer

Yes, if you plan on drinking alcohol at the reception you will be asked to show ID.
