We have a block of rooms available at The Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport. The block of rooms is available from Thursday, May 21 , 2026 - Monday, May 25, 2026. Please note if you plan on reserving a room in our block, be sure to book by Thursday, April 30, 2026. If you chose to call make sure to mention you are booking for the Roberto/Houston wedding. Provided below is the direct link to book a room in our block. Check-in time is at 3 p.m and check-out time is 12 p.m. The ceremony starts at 4 p.m so everyone is able to check into the hotel before it starts.

Shuttle

The Shuttle will start at 2:30pm at the Hilton Garden Inn Akron-Canton Airport. Approximate shuttle time is 30 minutes to and from the venue. The Shuttle will run from 2:30pm, 3:00pm, 3:30pm. The Shuttle will be available at the end of the night to be taken back to the hotel. Any cars left overnight at the wedding venue need to be vacated from the premise by 8:00am.
