To take advantage of the best rates and avoid the possibility of the hotel reaching full capacity, we suggest making your hotel room reservations as soon as possible, given the upcoming HOLIDAY weekend. Early booking will help ensure you have a comfortable stay secured.

Is staying at this resort a necessity for our guests?
Answer
Yes! To avoid incurring additional costs for a day pass each day (100$), we kindly request that all guests stay at the resort during the duration of our celebration. Staying on-site will not only enhance your overall experience but also allow you to fully partake in all the festivities without any interruptions.

What days should we stay at the hotel?
Answer
It's important to be aware of Sandos' three-night minimum stay requirement. To accommodate this, we recommend considering a stay that spans from Friday, August 30th, to Monday, September 2nd. This option meets the minimum stay requirement and encompasses the activities for the weekend.

Will the Ceremony/ Reception be indoors or outdoors?

The entire wedding will be taken place outdoors.

While we love and cherish all the little ones in our lives, we kindly request that our wedding be attended by adults and teenagers aged 12 and above only. We hope you understand that we've made this decision to create an atmosphere where all our guests can relax and enjoy themselves. Your understanding and support mean a lot to us. Thank you for making the necessary arrangements and for being a part of this significant moment in our lives. If you are unable to make arrangements for your children please contact the Bride/Groom to discuss further details ASAP.

As our special day approaches, we can hardly contain our excitement and anticipation. We're thrilled to celebrate not only our wedding but also the love and friendships that bring us all together. In the spirit of joy and togetherness, we have some fantastic pre-wedding events lined up, which we can't wait to share with you. The celebrations will kick off with a delightful welcome party. It's a chance to catch up, meet fellow guests, and start creating beautiful memories together. We're planning some other surprise events and activities that will surely make our wedding weekend even more memorable. Stay tuned for more details, including dates, times, and locations. We promise to share all the exciting information with you closer to the event.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony begins at 5:00pm. We ask that our guests arrive no later than 4:45pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Absolutely, it's important to communicate your food allergy to the hotel to ensure that your dietary needs are met safely and effectively. Once invite is received please notify upon request.
