It was Summer 2010, two kids who just graduated high school, who shared the love for bowling. They both qualified to compete in a tournament held in Indianapolis, where they hit it off at a group barbecue. Due to missing league that week, Bryan asked Eva if she wanted to get together to make up the games when they returned home. After making up those games, and Eva most likely frustrated from a round of bad bowling, Mr. Smooth Moves Bryan suggested dinner. They ate at a local Chinese buffet and when Eva got up to go to the bathroom, Bryan paid and it was then decided that it was, in fact, a date! Later that same week, they met up a second time for a real date which consisted of mini-golf, Baskin Robbin's ice cream, and a gifted DVD of 500 Days of Summer. Fast forward 10 years later, their love expanded through separate colleges, career choices, two apartment moves within Astoria, Queens, and adopting their first furbaby, Louie. There have been many travels, many board games played, Mets games attended and lots of concerts Eva begged Bryan to go to. They got engaged while on vacation in Bar Harbor, Maine. Bryan was waiting for the perfect moment when he then decided to pop the question at sunrise on Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park on August 5th, 2020. Here's to the next chapter, where they will start by clinking their glasses filled with Mountain Dew Baja Blast at the Taco Bell Chapel in Las Vegas, NV!
