In order to provide an accurate out to our vendors and to manage seating arrangements will not be factoring additional guests in our count. Please do not invite a 'plus one' or additional guest if persons were not included in your invite; this includes children.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns and suits and cocktail dresses are welcome. Please, no denim, crop tops, midriffs, or shorts.

Cash Bar or Open Bar ?

Answer

We will have an 'open bar' with many beverage options. A large assortment of non-alcoholic options will be available as well.

Will there be activities for children?

Answer

Yes, there will be activities for the youngest invited guests, which include an outdoor playground on the premises and wedding-themed arts and crafts and bubbles. Music will be moderately censored. *Please keep in mind for us to provide an accurate count to the vendors, you must RVSP for them as well. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

St Louis Church Roman Catholic Church. 64 S Main St, Pittsford, NY 14534 Please arrive by 10:30 am and prepare to be seated the wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 11 a.m.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations and accommodations are on this website under the 'Travel' section. A hotel block has been provided for your convenience since June is a busy time of year for travel. Please reserve your room directly with the hotel.

Are there any restaurants on site available at the hotel?

Answer

If you book at our preferred hotel; RIT INN and conference center there is a restaurant called ‘Petals’ on site offering a selection of breakfast/ lunch / dinner options for a nominal fee.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking is available at the ceremony and reception and all events.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel(s) to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, however, there are various options for transportation in the area including Lift and Uber

Will there be shuttle services

Answer

Unfortunately shuttle service will not be provided to and from any of the events please consider carpooling if possible. Uber and lift is available in our area as well

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer
