Carlie's POV: 9 years ago, Carlie wasn't sure she wanted to spend her Friday night watching Hill Country's annual spring play. As you well know, it can be hard to get her to do anything she doesn't want to do. But she made it after all, and, as the lights came up on the high school's production of Midsummer Night's Dream, she realized the vacant seat next to her had been filled. After being introduced to Andrew 'ABR' McSpadden, a man of many names, she immediately shared how happy she was to finally meet "the man, the myth, the legend" that she'd heard so much about. (Yes, that is a direct quote from their first meeting.) Bryan's POV: 9 years ago, when Bryan agreed to help with the middle school rendition of A Midsummer Night's Dream, he wasn't expecting to meet the love of his life... especially while wearing a period-accurate Greek toga and sandals. But that's exactly what happened when he snuck into his high-school's auditorium for the opening night of the Shakespearean comedy. As he took a seat next to his friend and looked over to greet the new faces sitting next to them, he saw the girl with a beautiful smile and a streak of purple in her hair... and immediately knew he was in trouble. He had just met an incredibly cute girl, instantly developed a massive crush, and proceeded to realize that he was dressed in one of the most ridiculous ways possible to make a first impression. They hit it off right away.

After 8 years of dating and an extra year to bask in their engagement, Carlie and Bryan are so happy to finally be sharing their wedding with all of their loved ones! This day has been a long time in the making and it can't get here fast enough.
