Question

How will I get to/from the venue?

Answer

Our reception will be held at the High West Distillery in Wanship, about 25 minutes outside of Park City. We will be providing transportation to and from the event, as it is difficult to get cars to pick people up at the end of the night. The pick-up/drop-off location will be in Kimball Junction, in the Newpark Parking Lot. If you feel that you need a car at the venue (because you're bringing small children, know you need to leave early, etc), please let us know!

If I take the shuttle to the venue, how do I get back down?

Answer

The shuttles will begin looping people back down to Kimball Junction at 8:30 to accommodate different schedules. The last shuttle will leave High West at 11:45pm. If you are staying somewhere other than Kimball Junction on Saturday evening, please plan for how to get back to your accommodations at the end of the night. Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes, please! We'll have lawn games and s'mores to keep little ones entertained. Please let us know if you'd like to request a special kid-friendly dinner menu

Will I be able to tour the distillery during your event?

Answer

Yes! We'll have a tour guide available to show our guests the amazing High West bottling operation

Anything specific I should know to make sure I have a great time in Park City?

Answer

One of our favorite getaways from Salt Lake, Park City sits at about 7000' of elevation. Please be sure to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen to make sure you have an enjoyable weekend.

I see two High West Distilleries... where is the event?

Answer

We will be at the High West Distillery location in Wanship, UT. You are also welcome to visit the High West tasting room in downtown Park City during your visit
