Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Emerson Park Pavilion in Auburn NY, 6879 E Lake Rd, Auburn, NY 13021. The ceremony will take place outdoors in front of the lake in the grass. Cocktail hour will be outdoor and indoor. Reception will take place indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear floor or tea length dresses. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. Please note our ceremony will be held outdoors by the lake in the grass when considering shoes.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before. Following the ceremony will be a cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 p.m, followed by the reception from 6:30 p.m - 10:30 p.m.

What does transportation and parking look like?

Answer

Transportation is provided from the Hilton Garden and the Holiday Inn to and from the venue. Shuttle pickup times are 3:45pm and 4:20pm. Shuttle return times are: 9:30pm, 10:10pm and 10:45pm. Shuttle boarding begins 10 minutes before departure time. There is also plenty of parking available for free at our wedding venue, located right in front of the Pavilion. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight as long as they are picked up by morning.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make all of our weekend events adult-only. Siblings of the bride and groom are the only exception.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only accommodate those listed on your invite.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

All phones and cameras must be put away and turned to silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture these moments. After the ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many pictures as you want and share them with us!
