Question

What time do the festivities start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We kindly ask you to arrive between 3pm and 3:45pm to allow time to get from the parking lot to the venue. There will be a shuttle but to avoid long lines and delaying the ceremony we would ask all guests to be early. Thank you!

Are there directions to the venue?

Answer

Depending on where you are staying either head North (coming from Cloverdale) or South (coming from Ukiah) on US 101 then once you are in the town of Hopland you will head East on HWY 175 (this turn will be directly across from the Brutocao Family Vineyard Tasting Room). After about 1.2 miles on this road you will come to a traffic circle, take the 1st exit and continue onto HWY 175 towards Lakeport. In approximately 1.6 miles you will turn right onto Old Toll Rd. and follow signs from there to the parking area.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors at a beautiful winery, surrounded by vineyards and fall colors. Think elevated and elegant with a touch of rustic charm - dresses or jumpsuits, suits or sport coats. The ceremony’s on grass, so leave the stilettos at home!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation from the hotel. We have a large parking lot down the hill from the venue and will be offering a shuttle to take people back and forth.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know any dietary restrictions you may have when filling in your RSVP. This can include an allergy, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will be providing a hotel block for our guests to stay at which you can find under the 'travel' tab on the website. Feel free to check out any other hotels in the area if you are interested in staying somewhere else.
