As most of you already know and what we have been waiting for....FINALLY. Hunter and I have been together for a DECADE (10 years). Flash back to 2014 when we were both Freshman in high school. Both of us were trying to find our way through academics, wrestling, softball, football, volleyball, track and field, and first love. Our love story didn't end in high school and led us to Millikin University. Where our athletic careers continued and our joy for helping others flourished. As the years flew by, we faced challenges. There were injuries to overcome, tough losses to endure, and moments of doubt to conquer. But through it all, we remained each other's biggest supporters, offering strength, encouragement, and unwavering love. We chose careers that share the same appreciation week, helping others and supporting one another was what we have always been good at. Continuing to grow our love as we graduated college with our lovely son, Dan the Cat, and within the first year of independence getting our second child, Mo. Jo. the Dog. (Whether it was Hunter's choice or not we are now the parents of two of the best pets around). We chose to focus on our careers as we exited college and entered the real world. Now finishing our third year. SHOUTOUT TO OSF NURSES and MY FISHER FAM! The time is right and we can't wait to celebrate our decade of love with all of you and the devotion that we will make. August 31st can't come soon enough.
