Our goal is to keep our special day as intimate as possible; we are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot extend invitations to those who are not named on the invitation. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
While we won’t have formal transportation provided, Uber and Lyft are readily available in Monument/Colorado Springs and are a great option for getting to and from the venue. Most hotels and Airbnbs are very close by, making rides quick and easy. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the venue. Street parking is available nearby, but vehicles must be picked up by 8:00 AM the following morning. See link below for parking map https://hearthhousevenue.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/03/1006-AVAILABLE-PARKING-MAP.pdf
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress, dressy separates or a suit and tie. Our “theme” is leaned more towards garden wedding. Kindly refrain from jeans or sneakers…or a white dress :p You may want to bring a sweater as well, you never know what the weather will be like. https://pin.it/3QbelFImH
While we would love to hear from you ASAP, you will need to RSVP by March 1 of 2026. This will help us finalize arrangements with our venue as well as other vendors.
The bridesmaids will be wearing light blue gowns while then groomsmen will be in a light grey suit.
Both! Weather permitting we will be having the ceremony outside along with cocktail hour. If it does rain or hail we will happily do the ceremony inside.
Yes! We will be serving beer, wine, and signature cocktails. Our venue does hold a no shot policy, therefore the bartenders will turn you down. If there is a specific drink we don’t offer you may bring it yourself however it will have to be served to you by our bartenders as they are TIPS certified.
While Colorado is 420 friendly, our venue would like us to refrain from smoking weed on premises.
