Guest Transportation
A trolley will be provided transportation to and from Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park.
Trolley Pickup:
The trolley will depart from a designated pickup location at approximately 4:45 PM. (Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure.)
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so we kindly ask everyone to plan accordingly.
5:30 PM – Ceremony
Our ceremony will take place on the beach at Fort Zachary Taylor.
Cocktail Hour
Immediately following the ceremony, guests will head to the top of the fort for cocktail hour. Enjoy drinks, passed appetizers, music, and stunning 360-degree sunset views over the ocean.
Dinner & Dancing
After cocktail hour, we’ll continue the celebration with dinner, dancing, and fun!
Return Transportation
The trolley will provide return trips back to the original pickup location at the end of the evening.
Final departure time will be approximately 10:00 PM.
