Our alma mater and where we met! The Wolfpack love runs deep in our family! Our favorite spots are Talley Student Union (try the howling cow ice cream), the Bell tower, or Hunt Library on Centennial! While you are there you can also stop by Dorothea Dix Park or Pullen Park which both have great areas for kids to hang out!
Bond Park is one of our favorite places! Our first date was a sunset picnic here and this was also where Bruno proposed to Libby! We love to walk around on the trails and you can also rent boats or have a picnic.
If you are in the mood for a good summertime walk the tobacco trail is one of Libby's favorites! She has run countless miles on here in high school and trained with her mom here for her half marathon! It is nice and shady which provides some relief from the summertime heat!
Fenton is one of Libby's favorite places to shop! It has many stores and restaurants that we love and it is super unique! We highly recommend the mango sorbet from honeysuckle gelato!
If you know Libby and Bruno, you know that they love science. Libby grew up going to this museum, and there are many infamous pictures of her holding taxidermy animals. Is it any wonder they grew up to be an engineer and a PA?
Downtown Apex has many good resturants and bars! Neat and Sweet is a cute cocktail bar right in the middle of downtown with many different options for cocktails! This is one of Libby's favorites! You can also people watch and shop around downtown apex afterwards!
This is one of our favorite restaurants and we have gone on countless special dates here! We love their sushi and their thai food!
This is another one of our favorite restaurants! We went here on one of our first dates and it is a Borchert family favorite as well! They have delicious giant pretzels, hamburgers, and chicken wings!
