Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.
We love your little ones as much as you do, but we encourage you to take this as a date night! Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. & Mrs” if you and your significant other have been invited.
Yes! Please drink on us! But drink responsibly; so have a DD to drive you, or a camp site booked to stay the night.
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 7th at the LATEST. If we don't receive your RSVP by that date, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner; we hope you can understand.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We suggest casual cocktail attire. No blue jeans please! Please keep in mind though that the event is outdoors. Women- heels might get dirty/sink into the grass. There will be a recreation hall and outdoor tent for dinner and the reception.
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4pm. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat so that nothing is interrupted.
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.
The ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue. The ceremony will be outside in a grassy area and the reception will take place in a recreation hall with air conditioning. There will also be a large outdoor tent for the dance floor.
