Yes. For guests who require it, complimentary transportation will depart from the hotel at two afternoon times to take guests to the venue. In the evening there will be two designated times to bring guests safely back to the hotel.
Absolutely. Guests are welcome to park at the venue. Should you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, please ensure it is collected by 9:00AM on Saturday morning.
Elegant attire. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, and dinner will be held beneath an open-air tent. Please dress with weather in mind, as we will be tying the knot rain or shine.
While we adore your little ones, we have chosen to celebrate our special day as an adults only event. We hope this allows you to relax and enjoy a well deserved evening to yourselves.
To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that guests only bring a plus-one if one was specifically included with your invitation. If you were offered a guest, please share their name with us when submitting your RVSP.

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be tucked away during the ceremony so that all may be fully present in the moment. Our talented friend, Taylor, will be capturing beautiful photographs throughout the day.
Yes. We'll have a full bar available starting during cocktail hour and continuing throughout the evening. Our professional bartenders will be serving drinks at $2 each, and we kindly request that guests treat them with respect and appreciation.
Yes. The venue offers 10 camping spaces for tents, campers, or trailers. There is no power or hook up sights. Availability is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to reserve a spot, please contact us directly. Campers must be gone from the venue by 9:30am Saturday 15 August.
Ceremony will take place at 3pm. We recommend that you arrive no later than 2:45pm.
On Saturday, August 15, 2026, we're planning a casual brunch for anyone who may want to stop in for a visit, a bite to eat or a swim with us prior to leaving. The cabin is located 20 minutes south of Barrhead.
