RSVP (ONLINE)

Answer

To help with our planning, please respond promptly. For your (and our) convenience, you will be able to RSVP via https://www.zola.com/wedding/brunetgoforthwedding/rsvp Your invitation will include a QR code linking to our online RSVP form. Simply enter your name to respond (this will include any guest or family members listed on your invitation). Follow the prompts to submit your response. Although we wish we could celebrate with everyone, our venue has a limited capacity and we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on each invitation. If a plus one has been reserved for you, your invitation will be addressed to you and your guest. Thank you for understanding — we are so grateful to celebrate with you! LOCATION DETAILS

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place at Danversport Waterfront. Our event is in the lower garden level to the right. The ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors along the waterfront pergola. After our vows, we ask that guests make a quick transition to cocktail hour to allow our wedding party ample time to take photos in this space after the ceremony. We want beautiful photos but want to celebrate with you as quickly as possible. Friends and family will enjoy an indoor and outdoor cocktail hour in the Waterfront Room and beautiful patio. The grand doors to the Terrace Ballroom will open when the reception is ready to begin. In the event of inclement weather, our interior event spaces will be an option to conduct the ceremony.

WHEN TO ARRIVE

Answer

Please arrive by 5pm (30 minutes early) to the ceremony start time (5:30pm EST) to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and to say hello to family and friends. If you arrive late, please stay back and we will see you at cocktail hour.

KIDS AND ADDITIONAL GUESTS

Answer

While we love your children, we ask that only kids formally invited in the wedding party attend due to our limited guest list. If your kids are included, your invitations will be addressed noting this. You will be able to RSVP for them under your name. If you are unsure, need clarification or have any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Sophia at 978-996-0547. Children are welcome to attend the Alabama Celebration. We have a larger space and more control over planning, so we are lucky to be able to invite more friends and family. If you plan to bring your children, please comment in your Alabama RSVP. Although we wish we could share this day with everyone, we are at capacity for our venue. If you received a plus one, your invitation will be address to you and a guest. If your guest is not listed or you have any other questions, please contact Sophia at 978-996-0547.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be a question where you can list any dietary restrictions or allergies you have (vegan, gluten free, nut free, etc.). We will communicate foods/drinks that contain possible allergens once the menu is finalized. Our venue will be aware and know to take every measure possible to avoid cross contamination. It is very important to us that there are inclusive food options available. We want everyone to leave happy and with a full belly!

SEATING

Answer

You may sit anywhere you like at the ceremony and cocktail hour. At the ceremony, there will be reserved signs placed on some chairs in the front. Please do not move signage and/or sit in these. To ensure all guests are comfortable and have an enjoyable experience at our reception, a seating chart will be available inside the front entrance of the reception.

BAR INFORMATION

Answer

Guests are invited to enjoy an open bar during cocktail hour as we begin the evening’s celebration. After dinner, the bar will remain available as a cash bar for the rest of the night. We look forward to sharing a toast and a wonderful evening together! Make sure to have a valid photo ID to show the bartenders. Per MA state law, no one under 21 may drink alcohol.

REGISTRY

Answer

Check out the "Registry" tab at the top of this page for additional details. Our registry is available on Zola through our wedding website (www.zola.com/wedding/brunetgoforthwedding). Since our celebration may be away from home, gifts may be shipped directly to us. We’ve included a wide range of options—from home essentials to honeymoon experiences and contributions toward our future home. But most of all, your presence is the greatest gift of all. Thank you for celebrating with us!

HOW TO UPLOAD PHOTOS AND VIDEO TO QR CODE

Prior to the ceremony and during our cocktail hour/reception, please take all of the photos and video you want! Be sure to upload them using the QR code posted. If posting on social media, please use our hashtag.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO DURING CEREMONY

We are asking that during our ceremony everyone remains "unplugged" (electronics away and on silent). We have hired wonderful photographers and videographers to help capture these special moments. One we receive them; we will happily share them with you.
