Public Transportation to NYC

NJ Transit train tickets (for RARV, NEC, NJCL trains) can be purchased at the stops or can be purchased on the NJ Transit app on your phone. The NJ Transit app can also be used to check train times. Please purchase tickets before getting on the train. App tickets will need to be activated right before you get on your train. PATH trains and NYC subway trains use tap-to-pay on your phone for access. Make sure your phone can do tap-to-pay to get through the turnstiles. One phone can tap-to-pay for two people at one time. Somerville is the closest train stop to the venue, best to take Uber/Lyft to the train station The Raritan Valley Line (RARV) is the only train that operates at this stop. Check train schedules to see when the next train will arrive. On weekends this train only runs once an hour Take the train towards Newark/New York City and get off at Newark Penn Station, unless the train goes all the way to New York Penn Station (less likely) If you would like to go more towards downtown Manhattan (the World Trade Center area), take the PATH train on Track 1 or 2. You will have to go through the turnstiles to access the PATH train. If you would like to go more towards Midtown Manhattan, transfer to the NJCL or NEC trains towards New York City (usually on Track 1)
