No. And please do not try. Our venue will remove it from your possession or ask you to throw it away and both Chad and Kara will be charged on their bill for what is brought in by any guests. You are allowed to have your own alcohol and food in your hotel room but it can not be brought into the reception area!
Unfortunately, no unless it is cleared with either Chad or Kara 6 months in advance. We are only able to accommodate the addressed guests.
If your child or children was not included on the invitation and you are wanting or needing to bring them with you, please get in touch with Chad or Kara to arrange for those accommodations.
If your child is present with you, they are welcome at the reception as well, however we do have a cut off time on children's presence at the reception. Beginning at 8:30pm, we strongly encourage you to have alternate arrangements for your children. At 9:00pm, we will no longer be censoring our music selections and feel it would be best if children are not present.
We do plan on having an open bar up to a preset amount. Once that amount is reached, it will then be made into a regular bar and your own tab will need to be opened up. The bar is a CASH bar. There is an ATM in the venue for your convenience.
Last call is at 11:30pm and we are to be cleared out of the reception area by midnight. For those who would like to keep that celebration going, there is a bar inside of our venue that will be open until 1:00am. That is likely where we will be heading following the reception.
Yes. The hotel will be reserving at least one block of rooms for our guests and more if we need them to. We advise that you book your hotel room no later than December of 2023. If the hotel has no more rooms available, there are many other hotels in Columbus that I will be looking into to arrange for discounts and accommodations for hotel stays.
Please reserve the following colors for our wedding party: * Dark Purple * Lavender (or light purple) * Silver * This should go without saying but please do not wear white!
