Samantha Bruck

Maid of Honor

I’ve been trying to get Jill to become a legal member of my family for years; if you don’t believe me, check out their “Photos” section of this website. Suffice it to say, I’ve finally accomplished my goals. She’s the perfect addition to our family. She’s the reason my Dad stopped saying, “You’re my favorite daughter.”- It stopped being as funny when there were two daughters to choose from. I love her endlessly, and I'm genuinely afraid of her cooking. --- Taylor seems nice. I don’t know him that well.

Charlie Herrington

Best Man

Growing up I always looked up to Taylor. Aside from being my godfather and my cousin he is like a brother to me. When I was a kid my mom would take us to Aunt Lisa's house and all I wanted to do was hang out with Taylor because he had all the new video games, and an awesome chain net basketball hoop. We share the same love for the New York Yankees and have memories going to games with our Aunt Lori. Through the years Taylor has always been there for me to give me advice and guidance when I needed it the most. Even with my stubborn nature Taylor has always been able to give me new perspectives on life for my benefit. It is very exciting to know that he has met the love of his live in Jillian and I look forward to what their future has to offer.

Ella Cattabiani

Bridesmaid

Jill and I first crossed paths onstage. And our paths kept crossing, constantly intertwining over shared friends and interests until a friendship blossomed and "friend of a friend" became simply: “friend." How lucky we are to have become part of each other’s lives. I'm so excited to be part of Jill & Taylor’s next chapter as they celebrate surrounded by people who love them.

Noelle Crocco

Bridesmaid

I first met Jillian in college at SUNY Ulster and we became instant friends. We immediately bonded over being our most hilarious and genuine selves. Our first year in the Theatre Dept. at school, we were in a play together and I had the pleasure of working closely with Jillian and getting to know her better. I then spent some of my summers working with her at her family ice cream stand. Jillian brings such light and authentic love into the world around her and I'm honored to be a part of this wedding and will forever be honored to call her my friend.

Marissa Raquel Caro Cook

Bridesmaid

Marissa and Jill have been friends since middle school and after Marissa saw Jill in those leather pants when she was Sandy in Grease, she decided she would never leave her alone. She enjoys reading Jill's fanfiction and collecting her priceless drawings in her free time. One day when Jillian is president, she plans to publish all of the hilarious things she collected from their million years of being friends in a nice little book and make a lot of money.

Breanna Doolittle

Bridesmaid

Hello all! I’m Breanna, Jillian’s cousin. My husband Alex and I have been married for 3 years. In December, we welcomed a beautiful baby boy, Logan Alejandro. Jillian and I are only 7 months apart and grew up more like sisters than cousins. I am so happy that she found Taylor and I cannot wait to celebrate their big day with them!

Rhonda Le

Bridesmaid

Hi y’all, I’m Rhonda! My boyfriend and I are one of those city couples who decided to move upstate during the pandemic. Luckily for us, we’ve become close to our neighbor Lisa who we call our mountain mom. I met Jillian not soon after and we’ve become great friends, and even introduced our dogs who have also become great friends and have regular play dates. I’m so excited for Jillian and Taylor and am honored to be a part of this beautiful day!

Taeyoung (Tammy) Kim-Lee

Bridesmaid

I met Jill in my 4th year in college in an on-campus a-capella group. She was doing an exchange program in Korea University. We took several communication courses together, and I even remember us doing a team project on Korean broadcasting and media. Time flies! I remember Jill always being so playful and kind to people. It didn't take long for us to get closer and joke about things! Three years later I moved to California to pursue a degree and I could finally see her again as I traveled to New York. I'm glad that she's found the right person to offer what she has and to be loved back. I've always been so glad and proud to have known you and I'm so happy for you!

Joe Wakeman

Groomsman

I first met Taylor Bruck at King’s Catholic School at the age of 5, but it was Joe’s family dog, Thurber who insisted visiting at every opportunity Taylor’s home four blocks away from mine on Clifton Avenue and Wynkoop Place. Those Saturdays were marked by gaming on Altered Beast and indeed, LIFE was, for me, thenceforth an altered beast. I actually found Taylor's dog, Clancy to be pretty scary by comparison to Thurber, but the camaraderie was unparalleled and grew into a life-long friendship. --- Joe's bio/epic account of his friendship was too long for this website but too good to be asked to be edited down. I have made a Google Doc for you to read it in its entirety. You can find it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1m3BVFYthXCdojCRBkvyYx6y81v4kxoNlEdCkHiToHJc/edit?usp=sharing

Keith Garmire

Groomsman

Taylor and I first met in Kindergarten, where we shared a love of Power Rangers and the playground. We met again in 9th grade, where we shared a love of adolescent mischief and Volcano Worshipping. We met a third time as adults, and, even though I lived hours away, we shared a love of video games and grand plans. The odds of two people becoming friends three times are astronomical, but the truth is that, even though you may move away, and what's important to you may change, good friendships always make you feel like you've just come home. Nowadays, I now live mere blocks from Taylor. We currently share a love of wizards, dragons and the 1770's.

Vaughn

Ring Bearer

Meet Vaughn, the ring-bearer with flare! Vaughn will be five years old at the time of the wedding, but parties like its 1999! (Yes, complete with ridiculous dance moves and just enough enthusiasm!) Vaughn loves to learn, enjoys all things Disney, and believes Jill and Taylor are straight from a fairytale of their own! He’s a booty-shaker, hug giver, enjoyer of live, and is excited to hold a special honor for this wedding! Catch him on the dance floor! He’ll be the one with the infectious smile!

Eliana

Flower Girl

Meet Eliana, the flower girl with power! She’s a three year old with strong opinions, and the determination to get things done! She loves Godzilla, Halloween, and partying all night long! She will shake it to any music, loves to sing, and will definitely be encouraging others to do the same! “Beasty” (a nickname from Maleficent) will be adorable tossing petals of love down the aisle, and will be hilarious on the dance floor for sure!
