Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only names that were stated on the invitation are able to attend. If a guest with an unknown name is added, you will be able to see it when you RSVP. Otherwise we hope you enjoy the evening with your friends and family.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

Are kids welcome at the hotel?

Answer

While your little ones are not able to attend the wedding, they are more than welcome to stay at the hotel. We have several guests coming from out of state who have little ones. If you would like to coordinate a babysitter with the other guests, please reach out and we can connect you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation to and from the hotel will be provided. Closer to the date of the wedding, we will inform all guests on what time the transportation will be picking guests up from the hotel.

When should I book my hotel room?

Answer

Immediately. October is a very popular month for weddings and hotels book up quickly. If all rooms are reserved and you are unable to book a room, you can stay at other hotels in the area. Please keep in mind that transportation only goes from the Hilton to the wedding venue. If you stay at another hotel and need transportation, you will have to go to the Hilton or get your own transportation.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
