You'll see plenty of colorful fish and coral. All sorts of other water sports and boat tours are also available.
One of St Lucia's most historic attraction. First occupied by the Amerindians, in the 1550s it was a hideout of the notorious French pirate Francois le Clerc. The British then used the land to observe French activities in neighboring Martinique. Nowadays, it has become the centre stage venue for the annual Saint Lucia Jazz Festival, held in May.
The 250-acre plantation produces cocoa, coffee and copra, as well as a selection of tropical fruits, including orange, grapefruit and lime. Guests can participate in guided tours. For the most adventurous, zip lining activities over the estate are available, offering a panoramic view of the Pitons and the historical town of Soufriere.
