Bowdoinham is a small town located on the west side of Merrymeeting Bay, a freshwater tidal bay. Six rivers flow into the bay. For the East Coast, the concentration of waterfowl at Merrymeeting Bay is second only to Chesapeake Bay. The high concentration of birds is what gave our home, Mallard Haven, its name.
All festivities will happen at Mallard Haven, along the shores of the Kennebec River. As Bowdoinham is a small town, there are limited places to stay. There is plenty of room on the land surrounding our house to pitch a tent, as well as outhouses and (hopefully) an outdoor shower. However, if you would prefer a comfortable bed, within a 25 minute drive there are several towns with plenty of accommodation, including Brunswick, Topsham, Richmond, and Dresden.

Portland, Maine (PWM)
Frontier has a few direct flights available from Denver, Colorado. Otherwise, Delta, Southwest, Jet Blue, and United (whom I do not recommend flying), all have connecting flights. Portland is approximately 45-1 hour from Bowdoinham.

Boston, Massachusetts (BOS)
Boston is a big hub and has many direct flights from Denver and Minnesota. Boston is approximately 3 hours driving time from Bowdoinham.
