Rhonda and Amber have been inseparable since 2013. After meeting at church, Rhonda and her husband Allen took Amber under their wing, and Amber they became family almost immediately. Rhonda has been a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, a friend to belly-laugh with and an amazing example to Amber for almost eight years. Our celebration wouldn’t even be possible without this special bond 🤍
Mallori Carmack
Bridesmaid
Mallori and her husband Trevor are through-and-through Amber and Jeremy’s “people.” Amber and Mallori met years ago through her sister Lauren, and Jeremy and Trevor were best friends. Over the years, Mallori and Amber became closer, and along came Jeremy to tie the entire group together. Mallori has been a sounding board, a “tell you the truth always” kind of friend, and has the most amazing floral skills (psst, she’s also the wedding florist!).
Trevor Carmack
Best Man
Trevor and Jeremy met in 2015 while recording music with a mutual friend. They went on to play in a band together and formed a close friendship on a late nite drive back from playing a show in Orlando. Many, many gigs and adventurous road trips later they became roommates, and Jeremy got to be the best man in Trevor’s wedding (in a prophetic act of fate, he even caught the garter during the reception). Some people come into your life and instantly become part of your family, and Trevor has certainly done just that. He has been like a brother to Jeremy, and it is fitting that he now fill the role of best man in Jeremy’s wedding, and that he and his wife Mallori stand by Amber and Jeremy’s side as they take this step into their new lives together.
Mekhi Lucking
Groomsman
Jeremy originally met Mekhi at church while training production team volunteers. Mekhi showed a natural talent for audio engineering, and eventually became the primary sound guy for the campus. They formed a tight bond through working together to setup and tear down the portable campus week after week, and it developed into a close friendship. They became roommates for a short time (after Trevor got married), and have stayed close ever since. Mekhi has quickly become like a brother to Jeremy and Amber, and has always been a huge encouragement and a loyal, kind-hearted friend. They could never imagine taking this step without him being there to celebrate with them.
