Most of the on-site cabins have been assigned to Family - but no worries! There's multiple properties less than a mile from the venue. We don't have room blocks or reservations at these properties, but the rates and availability are typically open during this time of year. Hi Friends & Family! Have you been assigned a cabin? Booking is simple: Contact Hideout on the Horseshoe at (830) 964-4540. Let them know you're with the Brown Wedding on 11/2/2024 and give them your name. They will have your assigned cabin number/name and total due. Credit card and full total is due upon booking. BOOK BY 8/25/2024. On 9/1/24 we'll be reassigning the limited on-property space.
