Our Story
On the 3rd of January, 2025, two people said "I do".
Leading up to that, though, was a long and interesting journey for both Luke and Lizzie. Both transplants to the DFW area, these two have known each other since mid 2020, when Lizzie moved to Texas for love.
At this point, Luke had been living in DFW for two years. The two met on a dating app and went on a few dates before Luke's work travel took them their separate ways. However, the two stayed friends and kept in contact for the next two years, before reconnecting in December of '22.
Since then, the two have been inseparable and have fallen deeper and deeper in love. They have shared travels, laughter and tears, good moments and bad. Most of all, they have shared a strong and genuine love for one another and for God.
Luke and Lizzie decided to tie the knot in a small private ceremony with a few select family members. However, all are invited to celebrate the union of Mr. and Mrs. Switzer wherever they may find themselves.
