When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP will be available when invitations are mailed in early November. We ask that you submit RSVPs no later than December 10th through our website. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate RSVPs beyond this date. In change of circumstances beyond this date, please contact Andrew at (352) 586-9637

Can I bring a plus-one?

We would like to ask that only those listed on the invitations RSVP as our space is limited.

Will the wedding be indoors? How is the weather?

Answer

Yes, the wedding will be entirely indoors. Both ceremony and reception will be held within the Pensacola Museum of Commerce. The average weather for Pensacola in January is a high in the mid 60s and a low in the lower 40s. Don't forget a sweater or light jacket!

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. This can include knee-length or midi dresses, jumpsuits, suits with ties, or blazers with dress pants. We can't wait to see how good you look!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors to the venue will be open to guests at 4:00 PM, 30 minutes prior to our ceremony time at 4:30. We recommend arriving to the Museum of Commerce 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the venue, and find a seat.

Where should I park?

Answer

There are limited free parking spots along Zaragoza St., otherwise there are plenty of (paid) public parking spots along Palafox St. and the surrounding area. January downtown tends to be a slower season, so we do not anticipate issues with parking availability.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We request that you don't take pictures during our ceremony, flash or otherwise. Our amazing photographer, Natalie, will be capturing the ceremony so you can focus on enjoying the moment. Feel free to take as many pictures as you want after the ceremony concludes.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving 3 signature cocktails, along with beer, wine, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Please make sure you have accommodations for a safe trip home!

What type of food will you be serving?

Answer

We will be serving chips and dips during cocktail hour, followed by a taco bar and cake. All food will have vegan and vegetarian options. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please indicate on the RSVP so we can ensure you are comfortable and well fed!
