Monterey Bay Aquarium
The Monteray Bay Aquarium works to research and preserve the amazing diversity of life in the Pacific Ocean. We're proud to be members. You can spend the whole day getting to know all kinds of amazing ocean life, from adorable sea otters and penguins to giant octopuses to deep-sea jellies. It's an incredible experience for both kids and adults.
Computer History Museum
The Computer History Museum preserves and showcases the history of computers stretching back from thousands-of-years old mechanical computation tools through the very first room-filling electronic computers, to the PC boom, to the Internet of everything today. There are tons of fun interactive exhibits, and great tours led by people who lived the history of Silicon Valley.
San Francisco Chinatown
San Francisco's Chinatown is the oldest and largest in the Americas. There are centuries of Chinese-American history to experience through museums, art galleries, tons of unique shops, and absolutely delicious restaurants and tea houses.
Muir Woods
Muir Woods National Monument is a gorgeous showcase of California's natural beauty. The park is open for day hikes among the towering, many-centuries old California redwoods.
Haight-Ashbury
San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood is the legendary epicenter of the 60s and 70s counterculture movement. Today it's still the home of tons of artists, musicians, great record stores and vintage shops, and gorgeous street art.
