Finally Tying The Knot!

I was working at the front counter of a local golf course. He played golf everyday when he got off work, which happened to be the same time I was getting off of work. I was playing golf with a friend of mine when I see a golf cart driving towards us. That’s when Greg asked if he could join us...that’s when we both knew... It took me a lot longer to figure out he was the one than it took him. He knew instantly we were meant to be together and would not give up. I’m grateful for that everyday. And grateful for him.

We went out to eat with our neighbors the day he got the ring. We got home and he nearly ran in to the bedroom. He yelled something to me and I couldn’t understand what he said so i started walking to the room and he met me in the hall on one knee. I was surprised he did it then. I was assuming he was going to wait until my birthday. He said “You’ve waited long enough, you don’t need to wait any longer to know how much I love you”. I said “Of course I will...”
