Our love story began at a wedding. When our eyes met, something shifted. We exchanged a few words, and though we parted ways that day, the connection was unforgettable. Not long after Jamie got my information and reached out to say "Hello!". We went on a few dates and the love grew fast. ... And on May 10th, 2023, we made it official. Fast forward to November 2024—I knew Jamie had something special planned for our future. What I didn’t expect was that our monthly date night, which I has initially planned, would turn into a surprise proposal under the magical holiday lights at The Winter City Light Park in Olney, MD. Surrounded by family and friends, Jamie led me to the bright Christmas tree, knelt down on one knee, and said, “Our meeting was destined, the way we move, it’s proven, that you’re the one I want to groove with for the rest of my life.” Before I could even fathom what was happening, I started crying with excitement. I immediately said “Yes!!!," all while shaking my head yes before Jamie even got down on one knee. And now, it’s wedding time! We couldn’t be more excited to begin this next chapter of our lives and to share it with the ones we love, and those who support and root for us every step of the way.
