Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in my card?

Answer

If you have RSVP’d online you will not have to send in your card. If you would like to just in case there is any mix up I would be more than happy to receive the details of your arrival.

Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to I would take the time to immediately RSVP just so that it isn’t forgotten about. If not the official cut off date will be April 18th, exactly one month prior to the wedding.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you search on any map “5059 Carol Lane, Valley Springs, Ca” the venue location and directions should pop up. The venue is called Rusty Spurs Ranch. The only specification would be to keep to the left of the fork once you’re in the gravel road, there will be signs directing you from there to the correct location.

Question

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Driving your own vehicle or getting a ride with someone would be the best way possible as there are no Taxis, Lyfts, Ubers, etc.

Question

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Parking will be available and signs will be out directing you to the correct locations.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors under a covered space.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Dressing style for this wedding is casual/formal. You are welcome to wear your Sundays best jeans and boots, recommended for women either blouses or dresses, recommended for men a nice plain tshirt or button up. This is not a suit and tie formal event but you are welcome to wear a tie, vest or blazer. The color palette at this wedding will be pastel neutrals, so anything ranging between brown, grey, green, tan, etc. If you look up “pastel neutrals” on the internet there will be a pretty wide variety of colors available as examples. ****White or anything off white will not be acceptable and you will be asked to change or leave if you have nothing to change into.****

Answer

The weather will be dry and mild heat around that time of year so be prepared for weather ranging between 65-80° during the day and after the sun sets.

Answer

Children are not allowed at this event as there will be far too many things happening throughout the day that we prefer not to have children present and/or creating a disturbance for. This will be a kid free zone.

Answer

If the name is not on the invitation, they will not be listed as an official guest and will not be capable of attending. Please do not invite any surprise guests.

Answer

There will be no hard liquor served, beer, seltzers and other canned goods are acceptable but will not be provided by the venue. In other words BYOB.

Question

Is there a registry or honeymoon fund?

Answer

We will have a box for any cash donations and we have set up an account for any Venmo donations we receive. Our Venmo will be listed at the wedding as well as providing it on our website under the “Registry” tab. Any and all donations will be used toward rebuilding our house as we had a house fire last January and still have not received the funds from insurance. Spending time in a cozy home is much better than any vacation we have ever planned. Thank you in advance for your contributions.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We ask that you please do not purchase gifts for us as we are in the process of rebuilding our home and do not have a place to keep items, we would rather prefer that you put any dollar amount that you would have spent on a gift into our fund to help rebuild our home. There are no obligations and any amount would be greatly appreciated!
