FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code requirement is Casual Attire! Please dress comfortably! We're here for a good time, not an uncomfortable one!

Question

What if I want to dress up?

Answer

We're sorry, but the dress code for guests is strictly casual. No formal, uniform, costume, or any other genre of attire, please!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The venue is very strict on the number of people in attendance, and if everyone brought their kids, we wouldn't be able to celebrate with our loved ones! Because of that, the only children allowed are direct siblings of either the bride or groom.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have been given a plus one, that will be in your invitation! Due to spacial limitations, the guest list has been carefully curated and not everyone will be given plus ones. More than likely, your plus one is someone we already know, and will more than likely be listed by name.

Question

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

No, this event will be a dry one, as alcohol is expensive, permits are expensive, and insurance is expensive. Feel free to have a drink in our honor once you get safely home!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Any and all travel recommendations are in the “travel” tab! If you have more specific questions, feel free to reach out to the Bride!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive by 12:50pm so that you may be seated by the start time!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a “registry” tab on the website, there are a few physical items (we also have a couple items registered at Walmart), however we are mainly asking for contributions to any of our funds that we have. We already have a lot of items that we need, so having contributions to the funds is also very very helpful!

Question

Why wasn’t I given my own invitation?

Answer

We decided to send invitations to households rather than each individual in said households, but rest assured, we want you there just as much as the person first listed on the invite!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue is a state park, so there is plenty of parking, but not specifically for the venue. Park in any parking spot is essentially the answer!
