The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If a plus one is provided to you, it will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Although we love your children, this will be an adult only event. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for our wedding. The ceremony will be held outside and reception will be inside.
Our venue does offer free parking if you choose to drive. The venue can only accommodate 50 vehicles, and all vehicles must be removed from the property the following morning by 10:30 AM. However, we will be providing transportation so be sure to check out the travel section for more information!
Transportation will only be provided to the three hotels that we have blocks with. If you do not plan on staying at one of these hotels, you are responsible for your transportation to and from the venue.
Smoking is not allowed in any building and only in the designated smoking area. The venue will provide containers for guests to use in the designated area. Please use these containers and do not leave cigarette butts on the ground (or else we will be fined).
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 1, 2026.
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide the total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs.
If you try to book a room using one of the three hotel block links and you receive an error message, please let us know! We will need to reach out to the hotel to request additional rooms be added to the block. Please let us know ASAP if you encounter any issues/errors.
