We are working with the parish to honor all COVID guidelines for safe worship. This will include proper spacing between guests, and other safety considerations such as no congregational singing and no sign of peace. We are working extensively with our pastor to make sure it is a beautiful sacrament while ensuring our guests can participate and witness our wedding ceremony.
The best part about the cocktail hour and reception is all of our special guests! We are working with one of the largest event spaces in MN to ensure that we have supersized space for cocktail hour and dinner. Things that you might notice: butler passed drinks during cockail hour to minimize standing in line; hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue; 72- inch round tables seating four to six guests (these usually seat 10 people); tables spaced out so that there is at least 6 or more feet in between; the dance floor size has been doubled creating plenty of space if you choose to dance; there will be no self serve food or drink. All staff will be masked and gloved. There are extra staff who will be assigned to cleaning and disenfecting.

Masks are strongly encouraged at this time. We will have extra cloth masks available if you need one. All employees will be masked and gloved.
We recognize this might be one of the first gatherings that many of us have attended in months. We are honored that you are considering joining us on our wedding day. If you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to call or email us or our parents for more information.
There is an attached parking ramp at the base of the hotel. You will receive complimentary parking as part of our group! Bring your ticket into the reception to get validated.
