Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, and we love you. So we are hoping our wedding weekend can be a bit of both. We don't want parents leaving early and missing out on the late night NYE festivities.

Are babysitters welcome?

Answer

Any family or friend who is coming along to accommodate our special day, is encouraged to join our welcome party.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please place any special requests under your RSVP.

Is there a shuttle from hotel to ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle to our venue and back to Hyatt House hotel. Check out our travel page for all of the info you may need.

Parking for welcome party?

Answer

There will be free parking at the Hyatt House Hotel in the parking structure for both overnight guests and non- guests during the welcome party.

Parking to take the shuttle to ceremony?

Answer

There will also be free parking at Hyatt House hotel parking structure on wedding day if you would like to take the shuttle to the wedding.

Parking at Heritage Bay Country Club?

Answer

Valet parking will be provided for you if you decide to drive to our venue.
