What is the dress code?

Answer

Let's call it "Formal Garden Party Attire". Think colorful, floral, and fun! We’d love to see bright spring dresses, florals, or pastels for women, and suits or dress shirts with slacks for men. Ceremony will be outside so be prepared for a bit of Florida heat, but you'll have plenty of time to cool down during cocktail hour & reception.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will officially start at 4:30pm. We kindly ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes early so we can start on time.

Is the wedding indoors?

Answer

For the latter half - yes! Ceremony will be outside so please dress accordingly for Florida weather in May. Cocktail hour will be outside on the patio & porch, as well as inside the main house. Dinner & dancing will be located in the Conservatory which is air conditioned.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We completely understand how important family is, but we kindly ask that you arrange babysitting for your little ones. A few immediate family members will have their children with them, and we hope you understand that we’re keeping the celebration focused on immediate family.

Will transportation be provided between the hotel & venue?

Answer

Currently we do not have transportation scheduled but will update if this becomes an option! The recommendation would be to Uber or there are also 50 parking spots available at the venue.

Is the property accessible?

Answer

The Palm Mansion, built in 1904, is a beautiful historic home with charming details, but it does have some stairs and limited accessibility for guests with mobility needs. Restrooms are located on the first floor and require using stairs to reach. Please let us know if you have any concerns—we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the day!
