Second Sunday On King Street

King Street, Charleston, SC 29401

If you are around on Sunday after the wedding, this is a fun thing to do to explore lower King Street! They shut down lower King every second Sunday of the month where all the stores set up shop outside and there are tons of vendors, food, music, etc. Fun to stroll through!

Folly Beach

Folly Beach, SC

*Weather permitting* Folly Beach is one of a few beaches nearby. This beach is a more chill, "surfer vibe" with fun shops, live music, and plenty of bars/restaurants. Food: -Rita's -Taco Boy -Pinky's on the Beach -Coconut Joe's -The Washout

Sullivan's Island

Sullivan's Island, SC

*Weather permitting* Sullivans is another beach nearby. A more residential, smaller beach town with yummy food and bars (Poe's Tavern, Longboard, and Home Team are a few of our favorites). Food: -Home Team -Poes Tavern -Obstinate Daughter -The Co-Op

Firefly Distillery

4201 Spruill Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405

A sunshine, salt air, and sweet tea inspired distillery. If you're interested in a distillery with a southern twist, it's worth checking out!

Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge

Charleston, SC 29403

The famous bridge connecting Mount Pleasant to downtown Charleston (the one on the Save the Date). A nice to walk on a nice day with great views!

Shem Creek

The Charleston City Market

A good experience on a nice day - The Market includes shops and locally made art on Market Street and you can then stroll down East Bay to see the Battery, Pineapple Fountain, and Rainbow Row!

Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum

40 Patriots Point Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

A neat piece of history you can explore, which includes the USS Yorktown.
