When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Western Semi-Formal We’re leaning into a western feel! Think dressy denim, boots, button-downs, blouses, dresses, or skirts. Please avoid overly casual jeans or T-shirts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, on-site parking is available at the ceremony and reception venue.

Can I bring a date?

We’re keeping our celebration intimate, so we’re only able to invite those named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no arranged transportation to and from hotel room to ceremony/ reception.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We’re planning an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move the ceremony indoors. The reception will be held inside no matter what.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We’re keeping our ceremony unplugged so everyone can enjoy the moment with us. Phones away during the ceremony, photos encouraged at the reception!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we encourage guests to arrange their own childcare if possible, we understand that may not be an option for everyone. Children are welcome, and we kindly ask that parents keep an eye on them during the event.
