Center for the Arts Eagle Rock is a historic Mission Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival style building in Eagle Rock built in 1915 as a Carnegie library. It was rebuilt in 1927, and then became the Eagle Rock Branch Library in the Los Angeles Public Library system.
The building was declared a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1985 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock’s mission is to be innovative in providing multidisciplinary, arts-inclusive programming to the diverse communities of northeast Los Angeles… and beyond.
