Where should guests stay?

Most of our wedding guests will be staying at The Alfond Inn, where we've reserved a special room block under the last name Gilligan. This block is available until November 25th. What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, we recommend semi-formal attire. Given the outdoor venue, we suggest bringing a light jacket to ensure your comfort as the evening progresses.

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, and dancing will be indoors.

Our wedding is adults only, unless you received an invitation that specifically includes children.

Yes, convenient parking is available at the venue. The Capen House provides on-site parking with the added convenience of valet service for our guests.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive 15–20 minutes before the 3pm ceremony start time. This will allow ample time to be comfortably seated and fully present for our special moment.
