This airport will have the most options for flights from all cities. It is about an hour and a half drive to Cape Cod. Rental Car options as well as easy Bus transportation is available. Another great option for flights. If renting a car, it may be easier to get to and from versus driving into Boston. It is about an hour and a half drive to Cape Cod.
