Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We ask couples that they utilize this night as a date night. Due to the large number of children on each family who could potentially have been on the guest list, we’ve had to make some tough decisions. We’ve limited kids to bridal party. Please reach out to Brooks or Christina if you have any questions

Is there parking?

Answer

Sacred Heart Church (Manoa, PA) has a separate parking lot in the church and school area Loews and Marriott both have parking at the hotel We are also utilizing the parking lot across from the venue for guest convenience; this parking is complimentary. The parking lot is located at 108 S. 9th St Philadelphia, PA 19107. The parking lot has a large green park sign; parking at this lot is open 5:30pm until 12:30am.

How Do I Get To The Reception?

FROM DELAWARE OR THE AIRPORT – Follow 95 North to Exit 22 (Callowhill Street). Stay in the right lane of the exit ramp, this will put you on Callowhill Street. Follow Callowhill Street to 8th Street, make a left turn. Follow 8th Street to Walnut Street, make a right turn. Follow Walnut onto 9th Street, to entrance of Ben Franklin House, located on 9th Street between Sansom Street and Chestnut Street. There is parking available directly across the street from the entrance (Large Green Parking Sign). If you are including directional parking this is the lot where you guest will park. There will be an attendant at the gate giving your guests a parking pass. Please let guests know that complimentary directional parking is available at this lot. FROM NEW JERSEY AND NEW YORK – Take exit 4 off the New Jersey Turnpike. Follow Rt. 73N to Rt. 38W. Then Rt. 38W to Rt. 30 W. Follow signs and cross the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Over the bridge, proceed straight to 8th Street, make a left turn onto 8th. Follow 8th Street to Walnut Street, make a right turn. Follow Walnut onto 9th Street, to entrance of Ben Franklin House, located on 9th Street between Sansom Street and Chestnut Street. FROM 76 EAST (VALLEY FORGE) – Take the 676 (Center City) South exit. Then exit onto 8th Street south, turn right. Proceed on 8th Street to Chestnut Street, Follow 8th Street to Walnut Street, and make a right turn. Follow Walnut onto 9th Street, to entrance of Ben Franklin House, located on 9th Street between Sansom Street and Chestnut Street.

Officially, no. Brooks and I are planning to head to the Loews lobby bar (open till 2 am) if anyone would like to join us.
