When should I RSVP by?

We will have all of our guests RSVP online. Please RSVP by June 18, 2026.

Which hotel should I stay at?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at the Comfort Suites Speedway - KC. It is 5 minutes from the venue, and free shuttle to and from the venue will be provided if 10 rooms are reserved. Please find the link attached under the "Travel" tab.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5:30pm. Please arrive no later than 5:15pm to ensure you are seated in time for our ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal attire. Please note that the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is outside alcohol allowed?

Answer

Outside alcohol is not permitted per our signed contract with the venue. However, we will be providing an open bar for the night.
